WHERE IS A BLUE LIGHT WHEN YOU NEED ONE?

So after skyping with Julie Mills and Hal we came to conclusion that Florence definitely does not run on the blue light system. Where is a black pillared box with a blue light on top when you need one? Stonehill you treat me too well with your safety, Firenze ain't doing the same.
